Digital Business After 40

Free resource · Getting seen

You have been showing up. So why is nobody finding you?

It is not you, and it is not your age. Getting seen is a structure problem, not an effort problem. You need three pieces: a room, a reason and a landing place. Answer 12 quick yes or no questions and this check will tell you which piece is missing, and the one thing to fix first.

About three minutes. Nothing to download. No email needed.

The Getting Seen Check, a free 12-question check by Tina Alexander, Digital Business After 40
A room A place where the same people come back and get to know you.

Are you actually present in at least three active communities where your people already gather?

Do people in those communities know your name without clicking your profile?

Have you answered someone else’s question this week without dropping a link?

Do you have a room of your own, even a tiny one with five people in it?

A reason Something that makes a person stop and do something, not just read.

Does your free thing get someone an actual result, not just something to read?

Could a stranger tell in 10 seconds what you help with, and who you help?

Is there one clear next step on your main page or bio, not five?

Have you shared your free thing or your offer anywhere in the last 7 days?

A landing place Somewhere the people who find you end up that you actually own.

Do you own an email list, even a small one, and not just followers?

Has everyone on that list heard from you in the last 30 days?

When someone clicks your link, do they land somewhere that keeps them, like a sign-up?

Does every new subscriber get a welcome email without you lifting a finger?

I posted into silence for two years. I thought it meant I was too late, or too old, or just not good at this. I started building my online business at 57, and what finally changed things was not posting more. It was finding a room, giving people a reason, and building a landing place I owned. Your age is not the thing holding you back. Your experience is exactly why people will trust you, once they can find you.
